PLAY – Podcast Launched At YOUth is a cooperation project for innovation that promotes the use of podcasts as a tool for communication, dissemination, and learning in youth work. The project aims to strengthen youth workers’ skills in creating and developing podcasts, providing practical knowledge and tools to plan and implement initiatives with young people and improve organisations’ communication and dissemination processes. PLAY also addresses the life cycle of youth exchange projects, from needs analysis, defining objectives and activities, and cooperation between partners, to intercultural learning, evaluation, results, impact, dissemination, and sustainability. Through training and practical learning activities, participants are supported in applying the knowledge acquired and creating content related to Erasmus+ and youth participation. The project also promotes the sharing of information and good practices among organisations, contributing to the improvement of their communication and dissemination strategies.
