About the project
The Creative Mindset project addressed two central challenges for education and youth work: stimulating creativity and integrating digital and distance learning methods. In a context marked by the pandemic, changes in educational processes and rapid social and technological transformation, it became essential to develop new ways of thinking, solving problems and adapting to different realities. The project empowered youth workers, youth leaders and educators with tools and methodologies to stimulate young people's creativity and apply creative techniques in different learning contexts. At the same time, it promoted creative skills, teamwork, autonomy and adaptability, encouraging more dynamic and flexible approaches to education. To address these needs, practical and digital resources were developed, including a Creative Mindset Handbook, ready-to-use scenarios, an e-learning platform and Training the Trainers workshops. These materials supported professionals in using creative techniques and facilitated the integration of digital learning into youth work. The project contributed to strengthening the capacity of educators and youth workers to respond to social and digital changes and create more participatory, accessible and problem-solving-oriented learning experiences.

Activities
Project Management
December 2021 to June 2024 - France, Poland and Portugal - Transnational partner meetings: 4 coordination, monitoring and follow-up meetings were held to support the implementation of the project's activities and results. The meetings made it possible to assess the progress of the different project phases, define the next steps and ensure effective collaboration between the partner organisations.
Handbook “ON CREATIVE MINDSET”
December 2021 to June 2022 - Handbook: The three partners jointly developed the handbook, identifying the needs of educators and youth workers and selecting methodologies suitable for distance learning. The work combined digital tools, design thinking and creative techniques, organised into practical activities to promote young people's participation, inclusion and engagement.
Learning, Teaching and Training Activities
November 2022 – Paris, France - Training course: aimed at developing skills, sharing knowledge and promoting good practices among the 6 participants. The sessions provided an opportunity to explore creative methodologies and techniques applicable to youth work, strengthening the ability of youth workers, educators and youth leaders to use innovative approaches. The training also contributed to the preparation and testing of tools that were subsequently integrated into the resources developed by the project.
Ready-to-use scenarios
July 2022 to December 2022 - Scenarios: The partners developed ready-to-use workshop scenarios aimed at educators and youth workers to promote creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving. The work included collaborative workshops, creative techniques and design thinking methodologies, with a focus on sustainability. Each scenario includes objectives, activities, resources and evaluation, and can be used in face-to-face, online or hybrid formats.
eLEARNING FOR CREATIVE MINDSET
January to December 2023 - E-learning platform: Development of the eLearning for Creative Mindset platform to support digital and distance learning. The consortium transformed the project's materials into interactive e-modules, using SCRUM and EdTech methodologies. The platform includes digital content, UX/UI design, authoring tools and gamification elements, and was tested at functional, technical, performance and usability levels.
Training the Trainers Workshops
January 2024 to May 2024 - France, Poland and Portugal - Training of trainers: A toolkit was created for trainers, youth workers, youth leaders and educators, including a common methodology, a handbook with workshop scenarios, educational materials and training activities. The work combined design thinking, learning by doing, creative techniques and e-learning. The materials were tested in pilot workshops, evaluated, adjusted, translated and prepared for dissemination.
Multiplier Event
May 2024 - France, Poland and Portugal - Workshops: Dissemination sessions: 3 sessions were held involving 45 participants from the three countries to present the main resources and methodologies developed. The sessions made it possible to share results and encourage the transfer of the practices to different educational and youth work contexts.
