The future of youth work in Europe

Skills, participation and international cooperation are transforming the way we support young people.

Youth work is changing

Youth work is changing. New digital tools, more diverse teams and increasingly complex social challenges require responses that are human, creative and well prepared.
CHECK-IN participants learning together
International experiences create space to share methods and perspectives.

From experience to community

At CHECK-IN, we believe international mobility is one of the best ways to develop those responses. When professionals and volunteers share methods, test activities and reflect together, they return to their communities with new ideas and a stronger support network.

Real impact

Learning that continues after the project

Learning does not end when a training course finishes. It continues in associations, schools and informal groups, where each participant adapts what they experienced to their own context. This multiplier effect is where European cooperation creates lasting impact.

Every mobility becomes meaningful when what we learn returns to the community.
