Mission of EU Helpdesk

The EU Helpdesk Service’s mission is to empower individuals, SMEs, and organisations by connecting them with opportunities in entrepreneurship, mobility, and European cooperation. We provide information and training sessions that help participants to be informed, prepared, and confident in pursuing their personal and professional goals.

What we offer
Information sessions
Practical and engaging sessions to help participants understand and access EU
programmes and funding opportunities. Topics include:
     ● How to apply for Erasmus+ youth projects
     ●  Introduction to Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs
     ●  Funding opportunities for NGOs and youth-led initiatives
     ●  Volunteering and exchange options through the European Solidarity Corps

Training Sessions
Hands-on workshops designed to equip individuals, SMEs, and organisations with
the tools to lead or participate in EU-funded projects. Topics include:
     ●  Designing and managing Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges
     ● Managing European funding effectively
     ● Building and sustaining international partnerships

Target Group
Undergraduate students (interested in entrepreneurship, mobility, and gaining international experience)
Youth workers (supporting young people through educational, mobility, and entrepreneurial programmes)
NGOs (seeking access to funding, training, and cross-border collaboration opportunities)
Early-stage entrepreneurs and SMEs (looking to expand their ventures and explore international markets)
