DECO project aims to contribute to inclusion and diversity in education, helping to adapt VET (Vocational Educational Training) programs to the labor market and its needs. To achieve this, both students and companies are encouraged to develop their various skills in order to remain relevant in the business context.
The project will impact students’ employability and strengthen commitment to sustainable development through best practice manuals, workshops, and networking events, which aim to connect learners with tutors and entrepreneurs, creating future opportunities for collaboration and employment.
The consortium analyzes the needs from the perspective of students involved in VET programs and entrepreneurs, with the goal of equipping students with the necessary skills to perform in the entrepreneurial landscape and contribute to sustainable development.
